Chocolate Peach Float is a Bit of Dreamy Vegan

2 small peaches
4 squares of unsweetened 100% dark chocolate
3/4 cup of rosewater

Pellegrino non-flavored

Try to have the peaches, rosewater, and Pellegrino in the refrigerator for 24 hours. Make the drink by placing the chopped pitted peaches in a blender with room temperature dark chocolate and chilled rosewater. Blend until it is frothy, then fill half a glass. Fill the remaining half with chilled Pellegrino. 

This drink is like an ice cream float but without the dairy and added sugar. The Pellegrino water's calcium, magnesium, bicarbonate, potassium, sodium, and other minerals will enhance the texture and flavor. If you use soda water, please add a pinch of salt to give it a boost.
